Job advertisement - steel structure fitter
We are looking for people with experience in the assembly of steel structures or warehouse racks, who are willing to work on business trips (Poland and the EU).
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of steel structures and warehouse racks (including work at heights)
- Loading and unloading work (structural components)
- Work in Poland and EU countries (business trips)
Requirements:
- Ability to work legally in EU countries (e.g., EU citizenship or appropriate permits)
- Willingness to work on business trips (including longer trips abroad)
- Conscientiousness, responsibility, and accuracy
- Good physical condition and no contraindications to working at heights
Preferred (additional fee!):
- Knowledge of English or German
- UDT (Polish Technical Inspection) forklift license

Job advertisement - Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of a team of steel structure and warehouse rack assemblers
- Supervising the quality and timeliness of work
- Assembly of structural elements (including work at heights)
- Collaboration with the construction manager/investor
- Solving current technical issues on site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or steel structure assembler
- Ability to manage a team and work under time pressure
- Knowledge of technical drawings
- Ability to travel (Poland + EU)
- Conscientiousness, independence, and responsibility
- Very good knowledge of Polish (due to the nature of the work)
- Possibility of legal work in EU countries (EU citizenship or appropriate documents)
Preferred:
- Experience in the assembly of storage silos, belt conveyors/bucket elevators
- Knowledge of English or German
- UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) licenses (forklifts, platforms) Mobile telehandlers, telescopic handlers)
- Category B driving license
